VISA Requirements

All foreign visitors planning to enter the Republic of Korea (ROK) must possess a valid passport and visa to enter the country. Countries/Regions of visa waiver or visa-free countries may enter the country without a visa for tourism purposes only. For any other purposes, such as employment or education, proper visas are required. Nationals of non-visa waiver countries must apply for visas at the nearest Korean embassy or consulate prior to entering the ROK.

Korea Electronic Travel Authorization:
Nationals of countries/regions, who are eligible for visa-free entry are required to get K-ETA approval in order to board the flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea.

K-ETA Apply:
Please informed that you need K-ETA approval before boarding the flight or ship for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA via the K-ETA official website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile App (K-ETA).

How to get an official invitation letter

• The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payment.
• The Letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
• For an original official invitation letter, you can request it through our office email until one month before the registration deadline.
• Please note that a $20 overseas shipping fee will apply (separate from the registration fee).
• Our secretariat only issues documents for your visa application and does not assist in the visa issuance process. Also, we do not any contact your embassy regarding visa issuance.
• Please note that a separate hospital ID card or passport copy may be required when providing an invitation letter.
